Ok, clue me in...
does a little sign that says 'Price Watch' mean anything? Like is that product going on sale soon? I say this coz the Beef Stew had that sign last week and is going on sale next week.

If that's the case, I have coupies to save til it drops.

I think it means they are watching the price of their competitors on a specific item, and matching it or coming close...

That is what it means..although they are usually wrong..they ahve that by the bananas and they are .69/lb...hannafords and stop and shop are .64/lb

I also think they price watch regular prices and maybe not the sale prices and I really only care about the sale prices anyway....unless of course it's cat deal and then maybe it would be better if they didn't price watch to get a better shelf price...

Price Watch means that the price was already lowered because of the local competition. According to some random shopper I chatted with a while ago.
