I wondered if my Shaws was the only one, but this morning I noticed that my Shaws on Loudon Road did not have any of the Zip Loc Vaccum bags!! I mean they were not out of them but there were none on any shelves and none in the clearance area either.

Has Zip Loc stopped making them or is my Shaws being difficult? I have noticed my Shaws is not consistent with their products. They may carry it one month and a month or two later they don't carry that item anymore.

you know, I heard somewhere where Reynolds was discontinuing those bags. Maybe it was ZipLock? I have one of those Reynolds systems that I've never used.

I saw the Reynolds doohickey thing-a-ma-bob at Shaws this morning, but there were none of the ziploc vaccum thingie or the bags. I had picked one of those up a few months back when there was a q for a free one with any ziploc purchase. It works really well. I wish I had stocked up on the bags back then, but I only bought one box thinking I would give it a try and if I didn't like it I was only out the $ for one box. But I did end up liking it.

Maybe I'll try a different store to see if they carry the bags?

Hi I shop in Concord also and I did see a vaccuum bag marked 50% clearance a couple of weeks bag when I was shopping. I just cant tell you what brand it was.
