I still have not received my check. Now I am more convinced than ever that it arrived and somebody thought it was junk mail and tossed it or our mailman (who I suspect is not always sober when on the job) put it in someone elses mailbox.

Just checked the tracking site and my first one (511-5) was mailed on the 17th and I still have not received it yet. But it has not been cashed at least. The other one (511-1) is pending. I hope I get it soon!
What, if any, recourse do I have if I do not receive either check even though they have been mailed?

If you don't get it you can try contacting them. I think it helps if you have saved a copy of your receipt. I don't do a ton of rebates though so maybe someone else has a better answer.

Just call them-They'll issue a duplicate check. I called Kraft when mine didn't come and they called back saying they were sending mine.
