I received one at the end of my receipt back in July. I of course forgot to do the phone in survey on-time. Are they still running these? Do you get a unique validation code or is it like the Old Navy/Gap surveys where there is a generic code for the month?

I haven't been to Shaws in a while and wonder if it's worth going back in hopes of getting a survey.

They seem to be pretty random. I wouldn't go just to get a survey because chances are you won't get one. I don't know about the code but you have to actually give them the survey like a coupon.

Thanks, Shaws and Stop and Shop are close in distance. I usually monitor the weekly ads to determine where I go but have found that I like S&S a bit better since DD likes doing the handheld scanner.

Hi, I had been getting a lot of Shaws surveys at the end of my receipt- at least five over the past month or so, most from the same store. You enter the unique code from your receipt, complete a few questions and get a code back that you enter back on the receipt. On your next shopping trip, had the cashier the receipt with code and it will give you $2 off your next order!

I find it simple and worth it, as it only takes a few min. Esp since I shop at Shaws regularly now, thanks to AFC. I hate to think how many surveys I threw away before AFC.

I got two in the last week or two. I forgot about one, but it still let me enter the phone survey even though it was past 7 days...if you still have that one from July, it's still worth a shot to try to call it in.
