 OT - Rainy Day + BC Cookie Mix Stockpile = Crazy Cookies.
So, it's cold and rainy and I wanted to bake something in the oven...and I thought I'd share with everyone what I do with my Betty Crocker stockpile...  Mind you, my TV's broken and I was a little bored...well..I got a little crazy with the chocolate chips and may have started to question my sanity...

Thanks!...these aren't even all the cookies I made...these are PB cookies with dark chocolate chips and some are PB cookies with butterscotch chips and dark chocolate chips...then not pictured are chocolate PB chip, chocoalte butterscotch chip, chocolate chip, and sugar cookies with a thumbprint of raspberry jam (my personal fav)...

That is so awesome. They look wicked yummy!!! I love the faces on the CC cookies. Thanks for sharing the pics.

I'm not sure I've ever seen a cookie display like that before. Now I have a sweet tooth. Darn!! Maybe I have some ice cream or cake SOMEWHERE ? And the fact that you took pictures of the cookies you made - speaks something. I'm not sure what.. but it's something

Yes, you can freeze cookies-They may dry out a bit though.

Wow, I was wondering what you were going to do with them all, I just ate 4 keeblers cookies that I should not have bought, (but hey they were cheap and got very cheap milk with them!) I would have eaten way to many of them, once I start thats it!!
