Wow, I need to figure out how to really do this. I just focused on the detergent and Dove because I could get the coupons easily and I know I'll use it.
The rest happened to be included in the CAT deals and I would have probably got most of it anyway in my weekly shopping.

We have been MIA since our little foster son arrived... but we got back in the saddle today. Totally unprepared we went and got... (from memory) 16 cereals, 6 Breyers, 10 pounds organic bananas, 2 cantloupe, 10 All, 8 dove shampoo/cond, 12 fruit snacks, 4 peanut butter, 1 cheese it, 6 rice mix, 6 shaws bags...I think that is it. $35 oop, $27 in CATS and two kraft $10 rebates. (One for my dad).

We were thrilled.

Also, there was a big sign in Westbrook, Maine over each register. The Unilever reward is AFTER Shaws savings....so we said oh crud and put our two orders together to get the one and call it good. The machine spit out 6 $5 CATs. So maybe that is to cover their butt if it DOESN'T spit any out?

I went back to Shaw's last night and wanted to get 2 more Alls for they were all out... So I had to get ice cream instead (didn't have a Q with me).

I came home and my roommate said, "MORE ICE CREAM!?!!"

I replied, "Well, I wanted to get laundry detergent, but they were all out, so I had to get ice cream."

I realized that probably doesn't make sense to anyone who doesn't "get it"!!! hahahaha.

Now I should have earned an additional $15 but there was a printer error on one trans and also, very very sadly I should have earned yet another $15 but I just did the math and found that I was .15 off from $90!! Normally I try I go a bit over just in case, but there was no shelf tag for something and I assumed the wrong price, ugh...ah well. When I spend so little on a trans even if something goes wrong, I just consider it a learning experience. Next time, I will definitely have a calculator with me!

I had so much trouble with them on Friday. The Store Mgr. tried his theory that it was after Shaws savings and not a self price, too bad that the catalina machine proved him wrong!
