does anybody know the official rules for cats? like how many you can use in 1 transaction..or should I just email corp. and find out? Im sick of being told 1 cat per transaction...at this rate it is going to take me many many many trips to use them all..

I have been doing "triple" transactions this week...I use (9) $5 oyno's per transaction and nobody has said boo.

One CSR questioned it and the FEM said I could use 9 at once.

Sometimes it depends on the wording on the CAT. Some CATs have it printed that only one or two can be used per transacation. Otherwise it seems to depend on the cashier or FEM for a limit...

The other night they tried to tell me I could only use 6 but as I questioned them further I realized they were confusing it with the only doubling 6. I pointed out that there was no wording and that three of those really count as 1 since the deal says "15 OYNO" yet prints three separate coupons. Later I asked at the service desk and was told there was no limit unless the particular coupon has wording on it to say so.

Thank you everyone...I just came back from shaws and had the same problem again...1 per transaction..plus they said i should be getting the cats when they printed since i used 1...and wanted to take those...i am just batting zero up here...I still have recieved an email back from my other stores manager(said she would be in monday and get back to me) both my shaws are 20 min in opposite directions i went to the smaller one today hoping to have better luck but obviously didnt...plus they dont even sell half the items for the sale..I had to do some quick thinking..

what?? they wanted to take them???? Cause you used one? the ad clearly states save 15 oyno..not $5 I would have been too through!
Ugh so sorry you had to deal with that. they are clearly awful there. When do you typically go during the day? Try at night maybe the night crew is more mellow.
