I just did it-- it worked. Just an fyi for ri'ers the bald hill/warwick store still had a few way back on the shelf when i left. Just white and blue bottled shampoo. Intensive therapy i think they were.

Has anybody else been successful with this today?

I tried it this afternoon and did not receive any CATS. I tried a different deal which produced no CATS so I wonder if the machine was out of paper.

Please post if you were successful with the DOVE deal this afternoon or this evening. I want to try again but don't want to have to stand in line to get a refund if it does not work.

Also, is it any of the larger Dove bottles of shampoo or conditioner?

ETA: I found only the large bottles of shampoo at my tiny Shaws- white bottle with blue cap- "Daily Moisture Therapy" and Dark blue bottle "Intense Damage Therapy"
There wasn't even a spot on the shelf for large conditioners at my store.

CAT is short for Catalina. They are coupons that print out of this little printer next to the register when you buy certain things. The machines are owned by Catalina marketing so thats where the name comes from.

If you have a walgreens the Register Rewards are an example. At Shaws they usually have deals where you buy certain things and get money off your next order. They also print out coupons depending on what you buy.

I have a HUGE Shaws - no conditioner either. Grrrrrr...I'm trading shampoo for conditioner tomorrow with a friend, so all is good.

Yea, I got mine at a huge Shaw's and no conditioner there either. I actually thought that the dark blue bottle was conditioner, and didn't notice until I got home that they were all shampoo..Boo. I use alot of conditioner. Still, can't complain!

I finally managed to find the conditioner yesterday.
They don't all "match" the shampoos I got- I'm trying to not let it bother me. For free, I guess I'll try and get over it!

You guys can always swap out the shampoo for conditioner at shaws later. I buy stuff sometimes that really isn't what I want, but they are out of stock of what I want. Instead of getting a raincheck (or in addition to), I get something similar to help my cat deal at the moment, and then I'll go to CS and swap the wrong one for the right one.

I did that on the All because I really wanted the Free and Clear...I was still able to get an HE one at least. It's sooo much easier to exchange something for a similar item, just different flavor, than it is is to use a raincheck. Especially when you have coupons that are expiring or a cat deal to take advantage of. I usually still try to buy something that I might use anyway just not my favorite in case I get to lazy to take it back.
