I purchased 2 Cains Relish, 1 Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Crackers, 1 Mt. Olive Pickles, and 1 Ken's Salad Dressing and did NOT get a Catalina with a code to get the bonus gas rewards. I did get other cats that printed, so I know it just wasn't the machine. BTW I got like 4 cats for $10/100 for the next month, each dated good for a week. Too bad my total is NEVER EVER $100 after qs.

Is that how the bonus gas points work, with a cat? Have you set up an account at override? You can look and see how many gas points you earned.

I did this tonight I purchased 2 sobe lifewater(had a bogo cat) 1 frenchs(only one in stock planned on getting just 5 of them to do it) and 2 Schweps gingerale and got the cat for it...yes you have to enter the code on shaws website, I hadnt signed up for the overide program yet but if you havent you just do it when u are going through the steps after entering the code...my total after all my coupons and oyno was $51 not sure if that made a difference...and it had to be after all coupons or not...hope this helps.. I also found a coupon today kinda like last weeks deal when u buy 2 Crystal light and 2 wheat thins get free water (value $4.00) expires 7/31..

I did got get a catalina either! I spent well over $50, earned my regular 10cents, bought 4 jars of mount olive pickles and a schweppes 2liter. But no catalina! In fact, I didn't get a single coupon. So frustrating!

Catalina may be contacted at 1-888-826-8766 for any questions about redemption and\or if a coupon fails to print within a transaction.

Thanks Rachel! Now I really have to call them. Have 2 catalina issues now! ugh! does this happen often? just wondering, cause I've got two weeks in a row with catalina issues now.

I usually try to get the issue resolved right away when it happens. Usually they can rering it up on another register and get the cat to print. Thankfully I don't have problems that often.

I didn't get one either. When I looked at the flyer, the Schweps shows 2 liter bottles but reads 1 liter bottles. Perhaps that's why I didn't get one. I've pretty much given up on these cat deals, they hardly ever print. Even the manager at my store said they have problems with them constantly.

I did try to get it taken care of right away, but no seemed to know how it was being handled. The csr was at my register all ready. She couldn't find anything on it. I went to the service desk, and she said it will probably be added electronically and to check on override. I did, and of course, nothing. So, now I call! UGH!

I had trouble with my first trip too. I think I bought the wrong size Ken's. I have found that if you don't buy EXACTLY what is pictured in the ad with these cat deals that it just won't work. On a second trip this week, I did get the cat- 4 french's and 2 Ken's. I think the cat deal continues through July 9 so I might try again on Friday. |

Anybody had any luck calling Catalina? I called them and they said they had to research it and get back to me. Is that their way of saying I'm SOL?

THe French's Honey mustard does not seem to work. My shaw's was plumb out of the yellow and the spicy brown. The honey mustard is on price lock so I thought I'd try it. I might go back tomorrow and see if they have restocked the mustard.

| That happens to me whenever I call. They usually call you back and/or you just get them in the mail a few weeks later. call them back if you dont hear from them.
