I file by insert date in a filing cabinet.

I quit clipping all coupons when I started buying 15+ inserts a week - my hands couldn't handle it! Now I just clip what I need.

I use a binder with clear pages used for baseball cards. I have to fold the coupons most of the time but I fold so I can see the product and exp. This way I can add pages to the areas I need more space in. I sperate the sections (pet, paper,hair,cereal ect.) with a larger piece of card stock with a tab attached.

I haven't found the best way for me to organize my q's yet. I currently file them all by month/week and then just search the database when I see a sale. But of course when I'm out shopping I always see something that I KNOW I have a q for at home!

I'm still trying to figure out a good way that won't drive me crazy.
