My shaws has Beechnut lets grow yogurt nibbles on clearance for $1 a bag..there was a $1/1 coupon back in the 1/4 ss, which makes them free! or my shaws had a .75/1 coupon display a few weeks back(and may still be there) I had both the kids with me so i didnt even think to look...But im not sure how the .75/1 would work being a reduced item but if they double them, then you get .50 overage which would make this deal even better Oh yea i checked the exp date and it is august 2009 so good for awhile still..

I'm not sure I've quite figured out the overage thing. I think if the shelf price is above the doubled coupon you end up with overage. So this week the 75 cent/2 rice coupons are giving overage but if the regular price is $1 the coupon would only double to $1. This is just my theory and will probably be proven wrong next time I go to the store

I agree with Jess, that an overage works up to the regular price of the item. And clearance counts as sale because my receipts has a savings amount after the clearance price.

..so if the reg price was 1.39 then the .75 coupon would only double to 1.39. If the reg price was 1.99, then .75 would double to 1.50 regardless of the sale price.

If I'm ever buying something that's giving an overage, I always make sure to buy it in one of my bigger trips...with lots of coupons...

Thanks..I was never really sure how their clearance works with coupons..
