Thanks mudcatmom! Adding them is pretty easy. On the top bar there is a choice for coupon menu. From there choose coupon database search. It is a good idea to do a search first in case the coupon is already there. Put in as much or as little info as you want and click search. If the coupon isn't in the database, click on "add a coupon to the database" above the search boxes.

This will open a form you can use to enter all of the info for the coupon.
