Wow, sorry you had such a tough trip. I believe Shaws has the policy that they "researve the right" to limit you to 6 like coupons. I know only 6 like coupons will double, I found that one out the hard way. It sounds like she is just anti-coupon and I agree calling the manager is a good idea. They get reimbursed for all those coupons so you shouldn't be made to feel like a criminal for using them!

The shaws policy on this is they will double only 6 identical coupons in an order; perhaps the official policy is per day, per ad week, but the practice is per order. You do need to be careful because after 6, some if not all registers will truly not double the q's. I've had cashiers refuse $1/1 q's beyond 6, but that's not really the policy, the policy is in reference to doubles.

I did this so many time I now have 140.00 in $5 oyno coupons. I was hoping to stock up on meats for the freezer to get us through the winter. I really hope that I don't run into a problem.

I just got back and didn't have a problem using my cats from last week. I had quite a few manu coupons for the conagra deal, too, plus Wild Harvest Qs. The guy who rang up my order didn't flinch.
