Hi all, I hope this hasn't already been posted and I'm not repeating somebody, but it looks like the more expensive Prego is for the organic - HTH! |

it says the organic is 3/$5.00 which is $1.66 a piece.... also in the flyer on the back of the 4 day sale it shows regular Prego at $1.66... so they are the same price, but the organic isnt BOGO

| Is the regular BOGO? I didn't see that, but right on the front of the flyer it says 99 cents and as you mentioned it also says 1.66 on the back of the 4-day, and then inside the flyer it says organic is 1.66. Confusing! Hopefully someone will go shopping today and check while they are there and report back.

I went tonight and bought 4 Cottonelle toilet papers @ $2.88-It generated a $5.00 catalina. I had read about it on another board and decided to test it. I think the catalina is based on pre-sale price which would have been $20.00. So $11.76 for 4 toilet papers minus 4 .50/1 coupons doubled minus the $5.00 catalina-$2.76 for 4 packages of toilet paper. There's supposedly a Glade catalina also, but I haven't tried that because the Glade shelf looked pretty empty. Also there's another $5/$50 on the Hannaford website that's good through 9/30- My Shaws took it no problem tonight. I tried to post the link, but need to have 15 posts.

The Cottonelle is a six-pack and is part of the four-day sale.

Just a quick note on the cottonelle - the coupons I have expire today! So if you want to do this deal you will have to go today. I did get a sample of wipes from walmart yesterday with a $1 coupon for tp or wipes that expires later but only one.

Thanks for letting me know about the coupon expiring. According to Taylortown, there will be another Cottonelle coupon coming out tomorrow.

I had a pretty good shop today! I spent more than I have been lately but got a lot of stuff. I got: 1 bag green peppers 1 bag potatos 1 bag grapes 2 pks of boneless chicken breast that had $2 off manager special coupons on them 3 chickens (used one Shaws printable since they only let me use one per visit) 3 big packs ground beef 1 large pack of steak 1 Kraft dressing(free) 5 Crystal lights (free) 18 pks coolaide (they've gone up to 30 cents each!) 4 pregos (They were 99 cents but LIMIT of 4! Used one shaws printable) 8 packets hungry jack mashed potatos (used $1/2 coupons) 2 Hood ice cream (used $1/2) 1 Eskimo pie (used $1/1) 8 Dannon light and fit 4 packs (used $1/1) 1 healthful life cat food (free) 1 shout trigger spray (used 75 cent Q) 4 6 packs cottonelle (used 50 cent Qs) 8 Progresso soups (These were limit 8 at my store. Used 50 cent/2 coupons) 1 Caraboo coffee (used $2 coupon.) 1 Trident (used 75 cent coupon which didn't double) I think thats it. I used the $8 off $80 coupon from the ducklings mailer. My total came to 86.02 and according to my reciept I saved $171.75! I think a lot of that must have been on the meat. And I got a $5 off $50 coupon and a $5 cat for the Cottonelle (thanks Katlady!)

It's interesting how Shaws coupon policy varies by store. My store let me use 6 of their coupons on the Hamburger Helper two different times yesterday. I plan on donating it to the local food pantry since nobody here likes Hamburger Helper-With the .75/3 and Shaws coupons, I wound up getting 20 free boxes. Did you notice if the Scott Extra Soft was part of the $2.88 deal? I have a bunch of the coupons from last week. My husband brought me home 25 inserts today-He actually loves to shop with me.
