elisha - Usually if there is a catalina deal someone will start a thread and list the products included. Sometimes they are in the flyer, sometimes someone gets a catalina telling them of an upcoming deal and sometimes we figure it out because they are talking about it in the Jewel or Cub forums already. Those stores run some of the same catalina deals as Shaws and sometimes its advertised their first.

i shop at the shaws in Keene NH anyone else near me. maybe we can get together and exchange coupons and deals that we find. i don't always have time to post and i don't get out much. it is so much easier for me to know ahead of time so i don't hold my son up. because he has to do the drivings and he is a full time college student and also works so his time is very limited. he also has to make sure that i get to the doctors and other places too. he is a good son to do this for me. he saw me do this for my mother when i was well enough to do it. i guess he learned fron example. thank you for all the hard work that everyone does with getting the deals posted. i wouldn't be saving as much if it wasn't for everyone helping. you are all so great. thanks for helping this disable single parent save money so she can get her kids and grandson something special once in a while

I'm fairly new to AFC, and I'm trying to get better with couponing.
I thought I'd introduce myself because I've learned so much by lurking here.
I shop at the West Roxbury or the Dedham stores. W Rox is closer, but the Dedham store is nicer.

I shop mostly at the rt 2 warwick store, i always forget about the chapel view store in cranston, both are equal distance but i tend to be on rt 2 more. I just started going to shaws for some of the recent deals on grocery items. For my produce and meats i love going to a local store for their deals(for the ri'ers on here-- dave's-- i know they can be pricey but i love their meats and always find their fruit/veggies in great shape. Plus if i'm saving money couponing at shaws i can get it in my weekly budget)

It is when you buy something and you get a coupon back for money off your next order ("OYNO") (or sometimes it is free movie rentals or something). Catalina marketing is the company that provides the coupon printers that are by the registers.

Sometimes these are advertised in the flyer, other times you get a little printout that tells you about an upcoming deal.
