you sound just like us. My husband and I bought 155 of the All You Mags. He wants to get a new saw from Home Depot gift cards. One thing I have found is that you dont even need to buy the kool-aids. I did it on accident the first time and realized that each of the other items work for eachother. I have had my total up to $100 and paid 0 out of pocket.

With all that Kool Aid, you might want to read alittle bit of this thread: http://www.afullcup.com/upload/fruga...-kool-aid.html OR start looking for coupons for SUGAR because your going to need quite a bit! |

The link above should explain in detail, but basically you earn a point for every $5 you spend on a Kraft product. The coupon machine should print out your point after you pay. (catalina is the term used for these coupons). When you get 20 points you can cash it in for a $25 gift card from the "gift card mall". I'm not sure what gift cards are available other than Shaws. You have to redeam them between 8/29/08 and 9/7/08 The cool thing is it is based on the pre-coupon amount and in some cases it seems to be looking at shelf price as opposed to sale price. So you can spend a lot less than $100 to earn your gift card. |

There are a lot of food banks that are looking for donations. Good karma is always nice. I know that they all have freezers and will take periashables that can be frozen such as the hotgogs. The York Food Pantry and the Westbrook Food Bank both were the recieptiants of a ton of Kool Aid and Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs!!! On a second note, We just bought a chest freezer so I can start to really stockpile food!!!! |

Grey Poupon is part of the deal too. It's on sale for $2.99 this week and there is a $1 q for it on the Shaw's online site. You can make an easy snack (good for the crock pot) by melting currant jelly and Grey Poupon together and adding in 1-inch, slices of hot dogs. I usually use the cocktail franks. I believe it's 2 jars of currant jelly to every jar of mustard but you might want to adjust to your taste. It's an extremely easy party recipe...all you need are some toothpicks.
