I bought the creamy mushroom and french onion. I did not need soup for eating, but these are good for cooking.

NO CAT for me I bought 2 fiber one bars, 4 GG steamers, and one cheerios- no cat. They were on the UPC list. I went to customer service and they told me it was based on sale price, and wouldn't listen to my qualms about cats always being based on PSP.

When others have contacted the Catalina company, have they been successful in getting reimbursed??

Are you sure that adds up to 20 PSP? According to the prices I have it only adds up to 18.30 or so. Do you mean the steamer veggies or the meals?

Catalina can actually look at your receipt and tell you if you should got the cat. If you should have, they will send it to you.

Oh I didn't realize they had a creamy mushroom. I'll need to take a closer look because with all the soup I've bought I don't have any of those

There is a phone number for catalina in the first post of the catalina sticky at the top of the Shaws forum. I think you will be OK with the PSP I've only called once and it hasn't been resolved yet. When you call it suggests sending an email and I did that last week but haven't heard back yet.

Use one $.50/1 BC IP (-$.50 OR -$1)
