I hit the coupon jackpot at schnucks the other day, I got 3 different coupon pamplets!

The first one was a cardboard jello display. It was one of those if you buy jello you get the free jello jigglers mold. There was a recipe booklet on the display and on the last page of the booklet is a coupon for 1.25 off when you buy 3 partipating products. The products were jello pudding or getatin, cool-whip, philadelphia cream cheese, or nilla wafers. I bought three boxes of pudding on sale for .50 each and got 1.25 off. 3 boxes for a quarter! Good til September 30.

The next one was a Kashi booklet, it was hanging on the freezer doors by the frozen entrees. It has 5 coupons on the back. $2 off a frozen entree, $2 off frozen entree, $3 off pizza, $1.50 off the pocket breads and 1.50 off of their waffles. The kashi prices were pretty high at schnucks (entrees were 4.99) but I also checked out the prices at target and walmart. At target the entrees are 3.44 and at walmart 3.43. Has anyone tried any of their entrees? If I got them at walmart are they worth 1.43? I am home by myself for lunch and that might be a healthy lunch for me. The coupons are good til September 1 so maybe I will hold out on some and maybe target will have one of their printable coupons for them and I could use both!

There was also an eggo booklet. This was on the freezer doors by the waffles. It has 5 coupons all for $1 off any eggo product. They are good til September 1.

I just got a Kashi frozen entree (sweet and sour chicken) the other day (free with mail in cooupon from Kashi). I already had lunch today, so I will try it tomorrow and report back on it's tastiness.

I got the same free Kashi frozen entree as Kesstrel and I haven't eaten it yet either.

I found all but the jello on mon. I will have to go back and get one of those, maybe two. Always need cheap dessert around here. thanks!

I hope my Schnucks has those things. Hopefully I can get out tomorrow. There's a Marathon going down our street tomorrow!!!

I've tried two Kashi entrees -- one was Mayan something -- quinoa and sweet potato. Good but spicy. The other was lemongrass chicken. NOT GOOD, think furniture polish. I find Kashi to have a pretty "Earthy" taste in general.

I agree; earthy is a good description. I found the sweet and sour chicken to be more on the sweet (ketchup, anyone?) and lacking on the sour. Sadly, I could count the veggies in it, there were so few (6 soy beans, 3 pepper slices, 3 green beans...that's all folks!). The chicken itself was good, and all them grains were quite tasty in that "earthy" way.

All in all, if you're paying $1.43, it could be worth it. JMHO

I founded 1 today for $1/1 ziploc stand up bag and the bags were 1.49. There was quite a few coupon pads on from and back of display. I'm sorry this was at Schnucks.
