I bought Neosporin on sale for $3.99 (the kind that has the pain reliever included) my 50 cent Q didn't double, it doubled for 39 cents???? Strange we couldn't figure it out b/c it was still less than the product, it did not say "do not double". Well I went to the service desk as cashier recommend and they gave me the 11 cent difference. No not a big difference, but it was strange.

Thats wierd?! I thought schnucks only doubled up to .40?I saw on another post someone said they doubled .50 so I am going to email them. I agree, I have always had good luck with Schnucks customer service.

i never have good luck shopping. i had about 10 IPs the last 10/$10 sale and after waiting forever for the cashier to come back from customer service, i couldn't use any of the Qs. they tried to say they were counterfeit. Same problem at Target! ........and they weren't excepting there own IPs. for me, some stores suck!

That doesn't make sense if they didn't take the Smart Source, since Schnucks links to SmartSource from their own website. Welcome to Schnucks see under easy savings and further down the front page. The bottom of the published ad or the ad online for my zip code says double coupons valued at 50cents or less, limit of 15 Qs.

On Target they did have 2 coupons listed at the CS on my Target that "these two were not accepted due to conterfeiting" Target Coupon Fraudulently Tampered with and Transferred / Target Corp I hadn't seen those b/4 so I was fine. I've used IPs at Target before.

It could have been that the manufacturer did not allow for the Q to be doubled? I would definitely call CS and see if they can investigate it further for you! I know that in the St. Louis metro area, Schnucks only doubles up to $.40!

my cashier asked management about doubling if the q said not to and he said it was schnucks honoring it not manufacture. so they still doubled at mt store.
