| Yes I am too. I have uploaded that receipt 3 times, making sure each time that it is the whole receipt and I still get the same message about not enough images!

I'm having the same issue. My app is also glitching and freezing. I've emailed but I keep getting it sent back. I did 7 receipts today so I can't click the did we forget something button cuz I can't tell which receipt or what offer it was. And now im afraid to do "would be free deals" after mobi save. Ugh mobisteve help us!!!

@dnt you should click the option to save the pics to your phone so you can go back and determine which one is which--tt really helps. When the app is freezy, it's probably best to submit one receipt at a time...leave the app open until it recognizes your purchases (it will if you leave it open long enough) and then do the next one. It's not as time consuming as it sounds if you're doing other things too. If NONE of your receipts were recognized, I would just resubmit them one by one. |

I have found that if I try to submit receipts when I am not using my router signal or a wi fi spot that I get those error messages. So I just wait until I get home to submit. I hope you figure out what is going on soon!

App is suddenly REALLY crashing hard. I have to open it at least ten tries just to check my items when shopping. Have reinstalled, rebooted, updated OS on iphone, still crashing and freezing more often than working. I hope they get an update soon.

I've downloaded the app but they still haven't aren't me anything to open up! How long do u have to wait for approval to use this app?

| I am also having continued problems in spite of doing everything that's been suggested. All of my receipts always go "under review" for "not enough images" and it's so frustrating. I send an email and they take care of it but it takes a couple of days and I can't buy anything else in the meantime. The crashing and freezing makes it so hard to use! HOpefully they are working on the issues!

@Goddess, when it works well, it works really well. It just gets freezy every so often and then when it goes badly, it goes REALLY badly! ![]() @av what was your $6 shopping trip?? I'm feeling uninspired lately! @vn, leave about 1/2 inch buffer at the end of your receipt picture. This solved the not enough images message for me completely. |

I am having some of the same issues! I've been a big user of Mobi and never really seen any problems like many others are having, up until now that is. I have to try to open the app like 20 times for it to finally open, then it freezes! I hope they fix it, because I was using it all the time, but this has slowed down my usage a great deal!
