The 5 packs for $19.99 Meat sale is going on at the Save-A-Lot here. Look for the "5 for $19.99" stickers on the participating items in the meat case as well as some in the frozen section.

You can mix or match.

Meat items include:

• packages of ground beef
• packages of bacon
• packages of pork chops
• and there may be a few more that I don't remember

Frozen items include:

• bags of chicken nuggets or chicken tenders
• bags of mini ears of corn
• bags of frozen biscuits
• and there may be a few more that I don't remember

Tip: Go for the bigger packages of ground beef or other meat items that are sold per weight and you'll come out with a better deal. I usually get $25 worth of ground beef during these sales for the $19.99.

I am going today and check out some of the sales. I don't shop there very often but may do more shopping there if they take coupons. Maybe one day they will do double coupons too. I always need more meat and those are good prices. Thanks for the info., your very helpful.

They do take coupons, but they don't carry a lot of name brand items. You can check out the list of what brand items they do carry though that I previously posted.

I'm going to print that list of products they carry. Thank's a bunch that really helps out. Are these products they usually do carry? name brands?

I asked the last time I shopped there if they took coupons and even Internet printed coupons and the cashier said as long as they match up to the items they sell they will take them. Have you ever used a printed Internet coupon there?

Yes. I've used some there.

I had a $1/1 IP Litehouse dressing coupon and they carry the ranch dressing in the produce section along with the coleslaw dressing. Both are refrigerated is why they are there.

I can't remember the others I used there... that one above stuck out to me as they are the only store around here that carries it that I've found

sounds like good coupon match ups once in a while there. I'll have to use a few coupons there and see how things go and how much I save too.
