My Vons (So. CA) had jumbo packs of diapers reduced for quick sale $3.99. They had multiple sizes available at this price. I've never used them before, but for that price it's worth a try.

I found a stack of the Mega pack size for $5.49 each and the smaller size package one for $3.99 at the Safeway store up the street from us. They all seemed to be size 6 and that's what I have been buying for my son and the Mega size package has 40 diapers in it. The first night I discovered the diapers and thought it was a good deal I only bought 2 packages and 1 small package. Next day my husband said go back and get 10 more packages and use the $10.00 off coupon if you buy $50.00 worth so that's what I did and we have 12 packages now, wow! that's a lot of diapers. Over 400 and I hope my son will be totally potty trained before we use them all up. I was talking to the manager about the diapers and asked him why they were so cheap and he said he was told to price them to sell fast at $5.49 for the Mega size and said they made some package design and name changes and they have a huge warehouse full of these diapers they need to get rid of. We figured we paid about $.10 for 1 diaper at that price. Yippee!!!
