Went to Safeway today to get some great deals.

2 keebler townhouse $1.99 each SQ
2 Pam - $2.25SQ
2 mt olive pickles $2.79 BOGO
2 nabisco saltine 2/$4
2 fresh expresss $3.49 BOGO
1 pineapple $1.99
1 Dixie Ultrastrong 100 ct paper plates $2.99 SQ

Okay SQ means that you had to have a Safeway Q to get it at that price.
These are the Qs I used
- $1/2 Keebler
- .50 Pam (doubled)
- 2 ($1) Qs Pickles
- $1/2 saltines
- $1/2 fresh express
- .55 Dixie (blinke that doubled)
- .75 delmonte pine apple (doubled)

Total Before Qs = 43.61
Total After Qs = 14.45
Total Savings of about 70%

WOO!! HOO!!

My mom did this deal for me also so I have double of everything except the pineapple. But I'll be back before the sale is over to get another one. I couldn't resist at .49.

Thanks for letting me know about these deals. I went and got my .49 pineapple today and my BOGO pickles!!! I went by another local grocery too and saw pineapple for 3.99 each so I felt great to know what a deal I got! Sometimes when you coupon you lose track of the "real" price of things so I like to double check to reassure myself that it is all worth it!

Yes Ria it was worth it. I was able to print out two more pineapple Qs last night on coupons.com. You might want to check it out. It's gonna be a few days before the one I bought ripens but I can't wait to eat it. I shop at safeway on Boston street in Canton where do you shop?

My store will not accept a Manufacturer's Q with and Store Q. They gave me a hard time about it yesterday.

Check the website for their policy or call corporate and get an answer from them. When you do, get a name. Then kindly approach the store about it. I haven't had a problem and the Qs don't beep or anything when they go through. Most stores you can use a manu Q with the store Q because they're two different Qs. Good luck to you.
