Help - I don't get the whole cellfire/shortcuts thing. Can I use paper coupons and both electronic coupons? Only one electronic coupon? How do you know which comes off? Is it only up to the value of the product or does it give overage?

My safeway will double coupons whose face value is 99 cents or lower. So .75 cents doubles to $1.50. Don't know if you need this info or not.

The .50c off 2 shortcuts coupon is for fruit by the foot and the coupon is for fruit flavored shapes will that still work? Also, my cellfire doesn't have the second .50c off 2. Will both .40c and .50c off 2 work in one transaction when you buy 2?

You can use both paper coupons and electronic coupons. The electonic coupons come off automatically if you have them linked to you Safeway card and they do give overage. They will even take off more than one electronic coupon per item. When combined with sales like this 4/$6, it can be a really great deal. If only my Safeway doubled coupons, it would be an awesome deal!

I don't believe the Shortcuts or Cellfire ecoupons double. I get no doubles in my area, so I don't know for sure. The Shortcuts and Cellfire coupons are only good one time, but sometimes you can have more than one loaded on your card. For example, a couple of months ago I bought a package of Dentastix dog treats for $3.99. I used a paper coupon for $1.50 and it also took off 2 Cellfire coupons ($1.50 each), one that expired 7/31 and one that expired 8/31. If I had purchased 2 Dentastix, I could have used 2 paper coupons, but I still would have only gotten credit for the 2 Cellfire coupons loaded on my card.

Link my card and buy 4 cocoa puffs @ $1.50 ea use 2- .75 coupons doubled to $1.50 and 1- $2/2 GM cereal peelie will cell fire take off .75 or will it take off $3 (.75 for each item I bought) and then will shortcut take off .75 or $3 (.75 for each I bought),

Any explanation is totally appreciated. Either way I am more than thrilled with this deal!!

Each eQ loaded from cellfire or shortcuts can only be used once and then gets removed from your account, but with respects to Safeway stores, I have found that if you have more than 1 eQ loaded for the item(s) you are purchasing, they will likely all come off from both sites, even if you just purchased 1 item!

FYI for shoppers in SoCal, I'm not sure if this is only in my area, but upon closer inspection of my Vons weekly ad, it looks like the Nature Valley Granola Nut Clusters is not included in this $4/4 deal

Yes. You get one use of each E-coupon, then it is gone. Sometimes they will re-offer a particular coupon and you will have 2 copies of it on your card because you will load both at different times. I have found that if I buy just one item, both will come off for the one item.

Buy 2, and you use 2 paper coupons, but the e-coupons loaded on your card don't change. You get one use only of each e-coupon, and they do not double, but frankly they don't need to. They are exploitable enough already.

The $.50/2 is off any Betty Crocker fruit snacks. Not just Fruit By The Foot. Roll your mouse over the description and you will see that.

I found by experience that if I buy 1 Fruit Shapes, the $.40/1 coupon comes off, but if I buy 2 Fruit Shapes, the $.40/1 and the $.50/2 come off.

- You CAN use e-coupons from multiple sites on the same item.

- You CAN use e-coupons, 1 paper coupon, and 1 store coupon all for the same item.

- The value of the product does NOT affect which e-coupons work.
