are the ads for Vons the exact same as for Safeway? I only have a Von's here... also you can double coupons? Just 4? or more? and you can stack the ad q's with MQ's right? TIA

Safeway is the umbrella company that Vons, Randalls, Tom Thumb all fall under so yes, the Safeway ad is going to be the same. There might be some slight regional differences ie with local wines on sale or local produce but otherwise pretty much the same. I'm in TX and shop at Randalls and have found that the Safeway ads previewed here have been the same.

On the coupons doubling---that varies amongst the different stores so I'm not sure about Vons. My Randalls doubles (40-50 cents) the first 'like' coupon only and triples (up to 39 cent coupons) the first 'like' coupon. If you have multiples of a coupon the rest are just taken at face value.

And yes you can stack a store coupon with a manu. Q.

Our Vons doubles up to $1 (like if you have a .75 off q, it will be $1 off, they don't go any higher) and unless they've changed it recently they double the first two like q's. And ah, I wish they tripled something, but they don't. And you can stack store q's with manuf. q's In general I find they're usually a PITA about q's, though, so I don't go there unless there's something super on sale. I've had cashiers tell me they'll only ACCEPT 2 like coupons per order. And you have to spend $20 to use the store coupons (it says all coupons in the adds, so I don't know if that applies to all coupons).

Thanks, I've never shopped at Von's and I want to get the rules straight before I go...I might just have to call and ask about my Von's coupon policy though!
