I don't think so. Many times the SQ's will say limit one per transaction.

Lets say I want to buy granola bars that are priced 4 boxes for $6, with a super coupon.
I also have a manufacturer's coupon for $0.75 wyb two boxes
May I use both coupons for the same transaction?
Does Vons allow it?

Yes, you may use a store Q with a manufacturer's Qs on the same item (or in this case, two items).

On the super coupons small print says: minimum $20 per purchase qualifies you for all coupons.
What does it mean exactly?

It means you just have to spend a total of $20 to use all those coupons

SW is not like Wags, so it doesn't matter which order your Qs are scanned.

More clarification please....

I want to get the Kraft singles SuperQ deal and a few others SuperQs more than once. Is it tied to your card or just per transaction? Can I do two different $20 transactions and use the same SuperQs in both?

The Oscar Mayer will cost $12.50 for the 5 things of lunch meat so I'm already half way there.

Its per transaction, not tied to your card. You'll have to surrender your super q in each transaction though so make sure you have one for each of your transactions.
