I just started shopping at Randalls and have had anything but a good experience there.

Problem #1: they wouldn't let me use more than one catalina (from glade) in my transaction stating it was store policy. I had enough items for each coupon.

Problem #2: they wouldn't let me use 2 coupons on a bogo stating it was store policy.

Does anyone know the policies from corporate?

I emailed them but they haven't responded.

I've contacted corporate about a coupon policy. I was told each store sets their own policies. Unfortunately that means there is no consistancy between stores. You might want to contact your store manager and ask for a print out of their store policy so you can make sure there are no suprises when at the register. If you have another store in your area you might try that one. Chances are they aren't as strict with their coupons. Sorry you're having trouble!!

on you problem # 1 - sorry can't help you!! i would just try another cashier???

problem # 2 - this is a YMMV issue, my store won't let me do this also, but just one cashier! she always says it's free you can't use a coupon on it. but if i'm lucky and am able to get another cashier i'm good to go!

I'm so thankful I am able to use all my Catalina's in one transaction. I had $32.00 worth a few day's ago and had no problem using all of them in one transaction. Amazing how every store has a different policy. What is the difference if you use them all at once or just one in a single transaction. Guess they will just have to see you do more transactions until you use all those Catalina's up. I used 2 $4.00 Catalina's yesterday for just ice cream and didn't want to have them pay me the extra so I grabbed 6 of the Reeses since they were buy 3 get 3 free. My dh loves those darn things. The Safeway brand ice cream was B1G1Free at $5.99 each. I paid $.66 for 2 containers of ice cream and 6 Reeses.
