I have a question about the SCR. I submitted one on July 10th and I checked my account today and it still said Waiting for data from the store. Today is the 22nd....is that too long? Do I need to call, email? This is my first one so I just wasn't sure what to do next. Thanks for any help!!

I would definitely call the rebate program to find out about this. It normally takes 2-3 days, but never longer than a week.

Hi, last month I did the SCR for the first time and I got my check today but can it only be used at RiteAid? I thought it would be a check that I could deposit at the bank. Also, if that is the case does the full amount have to be used in 1 trip?

You can either deposit it in the bank as you would any other check or use it at Riteaid. If you decide to use it at Riteaid then you need to make sure you buy enough stuff to cover the full amount of the check. It can't be used anywhere else but Riteaid.

actually, it you use it at rite aid you don't have to buy enough stuff to cover the check they will give you the difference back in cash.
