The rite aid manu q's are a special kind of coupon. The rite aid manage told me that they are "comp" q's. I have no idea what that means, but he said that they can be combined with regular manu q's.

The general rule of coupons, is that you are allowed to use one manufacturer's coupon and one store coupon PER ITEM When you delve into how many you can use on B1G1 items, then it really varies from store to store and even cashier to cashier. HTH!
