I bought a bunch of stuff this morning, and while the prices came out correctly, no Ups printed.

The manager was new, but really nice, and told me to come back in the morning to get them: $39.80 in UPs. Jeez

oh no! I would contact customer service. You can do a chat on riteaid.com. Tell them what happened and they should be able to mail you +Ups. The +Ups that they send you have an extended expiration date. The ones I got in the mail more than a month ago don't expire until 9/30!

You might also want to check online (where you would to load a coupon to your card) just in case somehow your account got reverted to +UP's loaded to the card.

Just checked. Not a single coupons loaded to my card

If I opted out of load2card for UPs, can I still use load2card coupons?

Fwiw I haven't heard about this happening to anyone else. It isn't a widespread problem. Sorry it happened to you.

Lol. The only real consistency with ra is that there will be in ad 'mistakes' and glitches. How their copy editors and programmers still have jobs is beyond me. That said, these things do sometimes work to our advantage but it can make for some unplannable trips!

Yes you may opt out and still use coupons. But, be aware they are often glitchy and don't work when they should. Your best bet is to have the cashier print a trxn log before you start handing over coupons. Then you can see which load to card coupons actually came off and you won't waste a paper coupon if you don't need to do so.

i have to go back because one of my $6 pull ups didnt print. i bought 2 pkgs. so i have to see what happened. maybe its the wrong size of something but the $9.99 sale price was correct. always something! its ra afterall!
hope you get your situation corrected easily. i'd also have to agree to ditch the card if you are not up to gold. (or have no trouble earning gold before the end of hte year again. if it happens again! its too frustrating to have problems every week!

It really sounds like your card wasn't scanned by the cashier. I would try returning and rebuying everything.

The no transactional history ever sound like something more than the card not being scanned. That said right before the items are rung up on the receipt there should be a card number. If that isn't there then it didn't take if the card was scanned.

A couple of times I have been to the store and my Gold Discount Card won't even come up in system. One time it said something to the effect that the card had been cancelled or discontinued. I've had this same number/card since I lived in CA .. more than 7 years ago. I opted out of having my +UP stored on my card as soon as they introduced it. Most times CS has had an excuse why it isn't working (they had an internal server issue a couple of months ago, etc.) and everything is fixed within a few days. I hope for your sake.. and savings.. that everything works out quickly.

Me too. I just noticed my sisters card is also gold: I'll likely be using that card from now on.
