evenflo deal? monthly?

I had some $3/1 Evenflo coupons that I printed back in January. I've been forgetting to use them for forever. I went in to Rite Aid this evening to buy a few things and finally remembered to use them. I had 9*, so I bought 8 bottles and 1 package of nipples and I got 2 $2 +Ups. The bottom of my receipt says "$2+UP/$5 Slct Evenflo Items." Limit is 2. I should've split it up!! I would've ended up with 2 x $2 +Ups more.

None of the items that I purchased were tagged with sale signs.

* I have spoken to my store's manager about using more than 4 like coupons and they allow it. They have actually asked me to do it in order to help me get through the line faster.

No problem. I looked all over the internet and couldn't find the answer. I only bought them because I had the coupons. No babies here, yet.

If you're at gold you could get 3 bottles at $2.39 ($2.99rr) and a package if nipples at $3.03 ($3.79 rr) for $10.20 and get back $4. About $1.50 each. I'm guessing that's a decent deal...
