I didn't see this mentioned anywhere...
Today I went in to see if the $2.99 Loreal Paris Studio Products were really giving the $2+UP that was referenced in the freebies and cheapies thread this week. There were 2 tags underneath all the Studio Products...one for the $2.99 sale price this week (with no +UP mentioned) and another for a $3 +UP wyb 1. I double checked the wording and numbers on the tag to the $2.99 price tag to be for sure it was the same product.

The $3 +UP tag said it was valid 7/4/12 - 7/31/12 and was a limit of 3.

I scooped 3 up with a few other goodies. I planned to pay buy one and then use the +UPs to pay for the other 2 and my other goodies. But no +UPs printed. I showed them the tag and they were nice enough to price mod the other 2 I hadn't purchased to zero and then gave me a $3 IOU (o) for that store for the one I had already paid for.

My store assumed that since this weeks price is $2.99 that Corporate made it not give the $3 +UP but forgot to tell them to pull their signs.

Ok, I just read elsewhere about this....apparently the tags are printed wrong and it should be $3 +UP wyb 2. (which is actually what the freebie/cheapie thread says I just can't read). Well, the tags I saw this morning clearly must've printed printed wrong. They clearly had you buying only 1. And in my second transaction, 2 were scanned and still no +UP printed. Dear me. Oh well, I will go tomorrow and explain.
