| I let $30 +ups expire....
somehow I let 3 $10 +ups expire. They were from a monthly deal last month, expired on 5/16. I keep my +ups organized by date and somehow these were behind the ones that expire on at the end of the week. I'm so upset and no one that I know really understands how painful this is. I'm so mad at myself!! ![]() |

I didn't even notice. I just handed over the first $10 +up to the cashier and she scanned it. It beeped and she looked at it and was like "I'm sorry, this expired on the 16th." I got so confused and messed up after that. I almost started crying right there because I knew I had 2 others that were exactly the same.... I'm going to call/chat with CS tomorrow and see if maybe I can get them to send me some to replace them. I know it's not at all likely but it's worth a try. Worst case they say no and I'm in exactly the same place I am now. I still can't believe it. I'm so mad at myself. I guess I was thinking that the monthly ones would expire at the same time or after the weekly ones but since these were from the end of the month they expired a few days before. ahhhhh I really can't believe it. $30 is so much money!! |

I totally did the same thing. GL with CS.... I tried my hand and they sent them to me!!! I was so thankful i think i said thanks 100 times the guy was like ill see what i can do, if i can get them to resend them you will get them in the mail in about 2-4 weeks... they came in like 5 days.. gl |

Ugh, what a kick in the stomach. It was bad enough when I let a $5 UP expire. Hope they will work with you on this.

omg so sorry that happened!! my mom left $10 go one time and she called and they at first refused, she got the supervisor to agree to send at least half of that to her..and then she talked to the mngr in the store and they told her that if she bought something over $5..she could deduct $5 off that item..so she appreciated that. dont give up! if all else fails you just have to put it behind you by remembering a few months ago when you did all those MMer's and got more than that in free money from UPS. |

I'm honestly shocked! I just explained that I hadn't noticed that they had a different date then the others that had printed on the same receipt. The person explained the difference between weekly and monthly deals and offered to replace them! I seriously love RA right now!

That is so wonderful! I have never tried to get back UPs that accidentally expired on me, just sucked it up to be more careful in the future.

Yay! I'm happy they are going to replace them for you. I did that one time too. I think it was 10.00. I have to limit how many stores I go to now. It was too much for me to keep up with. I'm a teacher, so in the summer I can work harder at my couponing deals.

| I've let a few expire here and there, maybe $10 total... but this was $30 at once. I figured it was worth a shot, worst case they say no and I'm still out. I guess I just got a really nice person who maybe felt a little bad for me. Every once in a while when I get down to almost no +ups I think about giving up and just doing CVS (we only have one RA here and sometimes it's a bit frustrating trying to get the deals). This is definitely going to keep me shopping at Rite Aid a while longer.

that is a great story. I had lost a $5 ECB and when I called the store they said call customer service and they will reimburse the $5 to your card, but despite 2 calls and an email they refused. Very annoying!

I did the same thing! Except in my case mine expired on a Sunday and I had planned to go hit up new sales but didn't end up wanting to make the 30 minute drive and decided to go the next day when I would be in the area. I should have made the stupid drive!

i think we all have had this happen and we all feel your pain. some people don't understand us couponers and it is like losing $30 in cash. i am so sorry but you will probably never do it again
