I am trying to stay positive
I was wondering if anyone else had trouble at Rite Aid doing the pantene deal? I have a lot of trouble at Rite Aid. The Pantene at my Rite Aid was $5.29 and the coupons says Buy One Get One Free up to $4.99. Rite Aid would not let me use them. I told the cashier that I would pay the difference. She still would not let me use it.
I went to a Rite Aid in a different county earlier that morning and did this deal for my mother in law, no problem. So I told the cashier that, she said that it is not the store but corporate policy that I could not use that coupon for 4.99 on a product for 5.29 when it says free.
I said I didn't understand a store that did not want to make a sale. If I understand this right, the store is refunded the 4.99 and I was going to pay the rest, so the store makes a sale and loses no money. That is correct, right? The cashier said she couldn't help me. So I left, I didn't know what else to do.
I have called corporate and emailed Rite Aid several times about my store but i have not gotten any response, things have gotten worse at this store for me. I would like to shop the Rite Aid in my town but I don't know what else to do. Any ideas?

Is there something I'm not understanding? Isn't the sale price of the Pantene 2/$7, so that means $3.50 each?
I did this deal yesterday and had no issues
Bought 4 Pantene @ 2/$7 = $14
Used 2 B1G1 Q. -$7= $7
Used 1 $3/2. -$3= $4
Tax 7.75%. = $1.08
Total. = $5.08
Received 2 - $2 ups. = -$4
Total. = $1.08/4= $0.27 each
