Nah, its not working. I bought almost 63.00 in one transaction and i got NOTHING! Also nothing tracking at all. So frusterating!!!

The only thing that seems to be working is the Banana Boat and Hawaiian Tropic. I had tracking for them at the bottom of my receipt. Luckily my store gives out giftcards if the up doesn't print.

Mine did not print either even after buying more than 30 worth of qualifying products. But they gave me 10GC.

mine didn't do a gift card, but I went to a different store than I usually do because my store was already out of Visine. I'm really sad too because I needed the 12pks of soda for my hubby to take to work.

I did the arm and hammer deal and my up didn't print, I called riteaid and they sent it in the mail. They're able to see all of your purchases from your card, just give them a call and they should send it. Sucks having to wait but at least its not a total loss.

I also had problems with it. Bought 3 Silks, 20% kicked in and left me $1 short. Went to another RA and got 2shave cremes. Should have tallied to $33. Was about 2 hours in between so not the usual back to back issue. Looking at the receipts now it looks like the Silk razors were the issue. The Skintamate seems to have tracked.

I am sorry that others have had issues too but at least CS should be aware of the issue and it will be easy to get the $10 Ups sent to me. Guess I will be chatting on Tuesday!

Hey Dustin, all is not lost. You can still do the first scenario I posted, then buy the 3 razors using 4 Ups and $2 OOP. If the Ups dont print, point it out to the cashier. Stores typically handle this in one of two ways. First way is they will give you a gift card. This is the best case scenario as you can divide it up however you need to (unlike Ups) and you can use the GC to pay tax (greatly helpful in NY). You can do 3 more sets as per the limit. For every set of three you would buy you would end up $4 'ahead' in gift cards (not including tax). So you would end with $16 in gift cards left over (not including tax). Honestly this is the best thing that could happen to your scenario provided your store will give you a GC for the Ups value.

The other thing the store could do is tell you to contact customer service. If the store does this, I would stop buying razors since you wont be able to roll rewards and your OOP will greatly increase.

If they do it that way, when I got home I would do a live chat with CS, after they collect the appropriate info (have your card and receipt handy) they will send you $10 in Ups. Bad news is you wont have them in time to roll them into more razors for this sale. Good news is it wont be one big $10 Ups, it will be several smaller Ups and the expiration date will be extended until at least 6/30/2012, maybe later.

Generally glitches like this get fixed (or a memo sent out killing the deal) at noon EST on Tuesday. So anyone wanting to try out the revised scenario with gift cards might want to try it out tomorrow.

Edited to add: This is only confirmed for the Silk, right? Not sure if the boy razors are having the same issue. Can anyone confirm?

They printed for me too. I bought 3 Silk razors for $29.97 and it printed just fine.

It didnt track or print for me ither. We called the manager up and showed him, and he gave me a 10$ GC because of it.

I purchased 3 hydro power select razors and 1 hydro silk razor in one transaction. My $10 +up printed and I have $8 tracking on the bottom of the receipt for it.

I purchased 2 Hydro 5 razors & 2 Hydro 5 refills and it printed my Up-I did 4 separate transactions because my store won't allow more than one RA q per transaction.
