I had wierdnesswith some of mine that i know should have been included and I bought 4 in one transaction. I think some must not be programmed correctly. Happens all the time at RA.

I am another one that greatly prefers live chat to calling CS. It seems like the people doing live chat are more capable of independent thought and less troublesome to deal with. And for some unknown reason it seems like you will receive your Ups more quickly by LC rather than calling. Either way just have your card (or number), the receipt(s) and know what birthdate/ mailing address you have used with that card. They will ask for all that information. Since you arent at the store any longer, I would try CS before rectifying it at the store level.

In my original post on 4/29....I bought the Colgate 360 surround Sonic Power toothbrushes using my gold discount at $5.99 each and it generated the $3 UPS and the $10 monthly as expected.

Colgate wasn't tracking on my receipt either but I knew from several weeks before (I saved the bottom of my receipt as a reminder) that I had already accumulated $9 in total so I went ahead and bought the 2 power toothbrushes to boot the total over the $20 mark. I remembered the manual and power toothbrushes as being apart of the monthly deal from 3-4 weeks ago.

I don't normally shop at Rite-Aid, but was wondering if someone could help me with a transaction. I believe someone in the family has a Rite-Aid card; however, I don't know what level it would be at so I'm going to stick with the lowest levels.

Here's my plan (could change if someone has a card)

I would assume that even if someone in your house has a card it probably doesn't have a discount yet, it takes some time for non-couponers unless they shop RA a lot.
Cause your nervous and new, if you have the money to spend out of pocket you can do it all in one transaction, just the way you have it planned. If your a little more daredevil, , here's what I would do:

3 Colgate power toothbrushes 6.99 each
=20.97
Use 3 $2/1 qs
=$14.97

Get your UPs, and do another transaction:

4 Skinny Cow 6ct @$2.99= $11.96
Use (2) $1.50/2 (-$3)
=8.96
Buy 6 Skinny Cow singles = $3
Use 2 Buy two get 1 free qs (-1)
=2
TOtal +10.96
Use $10 UP
Pay .96 cents

get new UPs

Making your total out of pocket cost $15.96 for the toothbrushes and all the candy, you'll have 3 $3 Ups from the Colgate and 4 $1 Ups from the skinny cow, so $13 Ups for next weeks deals.

I did not get my $10 UP, either! Boo. I bought 3 of the power toothbrushes, and only got my (3) $3 UPs. Each toothbrush rang up for $6.74, so over the $20 mark. Nothing was tracking on my receipt, either.

I had the same thing happen to me on the Nivea deal a couple of weeks ago where the monthly up didn't print. I looked on my receipt and none of the Niveas even tracked on my receipt. I contacted CS through live chat and was told that if there was a weekly up deal and a monthly up deal I would only get the weekly up deal.

I had always been able to double dip the monthly and weekly deals before in the past. I went to a different RiteAid yesterday and did the Colgate deal and both the weekly and monthly ups printed.

I went at lunch and got 1 more t/p and 1 t/b...it did not print out the $10/mthly. i bout 2 t/p yesterday so i figured if i bout another $10 it would print out but nope. it does show on my receipt on the bottom that i spent $15 towards reward...that would mean the t/b isn't working. when i looked at my ups....i did get a $7 off roc and something else i will have to find it and post it. the only thing i got was a t/p and t/b...idk what made that print.
