Hey everyone!

I (stupidly) threw out my RA receipt that would have put me over the $$ for the P&G rebate. Does anyone know if I can get a reprint of that receipt?? Do I need to go to the store or through CS??

I was told they could by customer service before, when i misplaced a receipt with a scr item on it. they told me to go to that store where i made the purchase and give them the date of the purchase and my card. I never had to do it since i found my reciept after all. so you'll have to see if the store actually KNOWS HOW TO! but its supposedly possible

most, if not all, large retailers have some form of electronic journals which records all transactions. WAG has this so called an electronic journal report (EJR), which I have requested a few times in the past and they were able to give me a copy PROVIDED I gave them the approximate time and exact date of transaction. They cannot help if customer has no date/time reference of the sale. RA may have a different name for it, but they may have this also that you can they can print upon request. Good luck!

I was told "no" at the register when I purchase the items after I paid and asked for a duplicate... Maybe they didn't know but that's what the cashier told me.
