Looking at OP's gold scenario X 4 = $12 ---- then sent a $20 certificate, max 3 per household. On the RA website, it states "requirements........, less coupon discounts" and so I was wondering would this hinder it? Last edited by thriftyCAmom; 04-19-2012 at 07:43 AM. |

I also need some help with the allergy rewards program. It looks like you sign up/ sing in through your SCR account. Is that accurate, do you just enter receipts through the SCR program? At the beginning of the year I wasnt allowed to log in/ refill my prescriptions under my Wellness account. For whatever reason I had to create a different account and get a new card to access or even just refill my prescription information. I dont know what the issue was but several others had the same issue on FB. I had Gold status on my first card and given all the issues that RA seems to have with straight forward stuff, I dont feel comfortable having them combine my accounts...I fear I would lose Gold status through a 'mistake'. So all of my information is kind of mixed up between these two accounts. When I try logging in (to the Allergy program) it brings me to my SCR account which is the name I use for my prescription Wellness card (but I dont have Gold on it). I used my nickname for my original Wellness account but my legal name for the SCR account (and then later the prescription only account). I would really just love to hear from an AFCer that has done the Allergy rewards and how tro do it. I am really hoping you just have to enter receipts like the SCR. TIA! |

I did the Allergy Rewards program last year. For inputting data, it is the same account as your SCR account - you just enter the recipt there and you get credit for both programs simultaneously. However, in order to see how much credit you have towards the Allergry Rewards check, you have to switch screens from your SCR account to your allergy rewards account. Last year coupons did not affect the program. I got all three $20.00 checks with no oop because of awesome deals that RA had on Benedryl, and that $5/2 Benedryl coupon that came out last summer. The check comes to you in the mail and can only be used at Rite Aid - you must have a total oop of over $20 to use it for payment.

I think the limit is 2 for the $4 UP on the Zyrtec. Not sure if this would get you to the allergy rewards? Any thoughts?

* You have to be a member of the allergy rewards program before you make your purchase. It will usually appear on the allergy rewards site in 2 days. HTH |

You must spend $75 on Zyrtec or Benadryl to get the $20 certificate.

Drat! I just got the Zyrtec and didn't read this first. Also, there's a VV for $1 off zyrtec...could that be used in this scenario? I didn't realize that either, so I bought (at Gold level 2 Zyrtec (18.39 ea and used 2 of the allergy booklet $2 q and the 2 of the $7 q and for gold, I *think* that comes out to $3/bottle, but I'll have to look it over. So, $10.78 for 2. Not as good as I'd hoped. Anyone know why it came to $18.30 instead of $16? I got to the gold level last year.

there is a VV for Zyretec and it worked! However, the $20 is a sale price-- the reg price is $22.99 at my store store so I did not get the % discount (because sale price was more off)

Bonus bottles of Zyrtec!! My store had a cardboard display that is hanging at the end of an aisle with 33% bonus 30 ct bottles of regular Zyrtec - for a toral of 40 pills So, the deal is even better if you can find these. I love this stuff for my allergies - works so much better than anything I've tried and it actually does last the stated 24 hours (I've found many OTC allergy meds don't). And as has been said - the regular price in my store was $22.99 - so only gold gets it cheaper than the sale price Oh, and on these displays were allergy books with Savings inside (not the Rite Aid books, but from the manufacturer). On the last page is a coupon for $3 off ANY Zyrtec - don't expire until 12/31/12 (works great for the sales of the 5cts that pop up in the drugstores). |

| You get the 20% off regular prices, not sale prices. The regular price of the Zyrtec is $22.99 (in my store, it will vary). So, 80% of $22.99 is $18.39. The computer automatically computes the discounted price and will use the better of the 2 prices in your transaction - sale price or discounted price.

FAIL! I was so excited about this opportunity to stock up, but somehow I brought coupons for Claritin instead of Zyrtec...also $7 and also expiring today. I never even looked at the picture...DUH! With all the rain and tired kids and feeling so flustered I don't have the strength to go back out. At least I made some money on Samy's and Veet. Oh well!
