Coupons for free blood glucose and cholesterol tests!

I didn't think this "free health screening" award would apply to points earned last year. I only have 5 pts this year so far.

From the letter:

"RA cares about your health and wellness. Blah blah....blah....this is why I am excited to inform you that you have reached 500 points! You have earned a free blood glucose and total cholesterol health screening in addition to the 10% off the entire store every day, which is already partof your membership level."

Did you hit Silver late last year? I think I hit Silver in like August or something, and it was a few months before my packet arrived.

Yup, in December. I had no idea that was one of the rewards. I was content with my 10%, but I'll take a free test kit or two!

It isn't a test kit. You have to go to a lab for the blood work and give them the coupon. RA pays the fees and you get the results.
I did this when I hit Silver last year.
RA pharmacist is supposed to call you to discuss the results of the test, but mine never did. When I went in and asked, no one at the pharmacy had any idea what I was talking about. Finally, they researched it and figured it out, but it was kind of a pain.

If you read the brochure they give you when you sign up for the Wellnes Program, it says right in there that this is one of the "rewards".

Is it only for silver? What about gold?

the coupons that I got were for test kits for cholesterol and blood sugar that you can buy from the pharmacy

RunningCircles, unfortunately, the benefit is limited to members who live at the same address. I'm not sure how they enforce it, but that is the rule

I was at 20% last year, does anyone know if it rolled over to this year? Do we have to start fresh? I have only done a couple of transactions this year and all the items I bought were on sale so I didn't really notice if I was still gold or not.

Yes, hitting gold last year gives you Gold status for all of 2012. You would need to hit 1000 pts some time this year to have Gold for next year

Yes, don't remember when I hit silver (only that I was fairly close to hitting gold by late December, and couldn't get the points to budge)... but I got that letter this past week.
