Anyone who can help I would really appreicate it. I finally decided to do one of the Rite Aid rebate deals on the 2 Jumbo Packs of Tagaboo Diapers. I bought both packs on one reciept and signed into my account entered the CORRECT information for the reciept (I tripple checked) and they just posted I have no qualifying items found. I dont get it the time is not up for the rebate I bought the right items and put the right reciept info why wont it work? Please HELP

Rite Aid has a WONDERFUL Customer Service CHAT button on their website. It links you, in real time, to a CS agent whom you type to like an Instant Message. I would suggest trying that. They will walk you through the steps on which info the Rebates is looking for and let you know if it's a mistake on their end or yours!

That's a bunch of hooey! I would try it again and hopeful get a different person. I've contacted them numerous times and have never had an issue.

I've called before on an SCR that didn't show up - turns out they didn't have all the UPCs entered for the SCR or something. Try calling - not as easy as the chat but it'll get you a straight answer
