Don't know if anyone posted this so sorry for the repost. Went to Rite Aid today around 5 pm and purchased Old Spice bodywash and ups are printing now. Also the expiration date on these are 6/11/11.

I just bought the Gillette BW and can confirm that the expiration date for the UPs is 6/11/11. I had to look twice, thrice in disbelief but that\'s what it says. Certainly not complaining but wondering why such a long date and if that is the new norm for weekly UPs. Maybe survey respondents asking for longer out dates have been listened to.

I'm from Brooklyn, NY. I just came back from RiteAid. I bought 2 Gillette BW, no UP printed. The manager said I might have bought it before. I said I didn't buy any Gillette BW this week. It is now 9:30 am and your store opens at 9:00 am. He said I might have buy it from 24 hr Rite Aid store. I said I have never gone to any 24 hr Rite Aid store. Then he said may be someone from your household bought it from the 24 hr Rite Aid store before. Then he went on saying that their system is now pretty update and track all the sales....He made me feel that I was cheating in front of him. I feel very upset as I really never buy the BW this week. Of course, I will contact CS about this. He gave me a bad mood this morning.

Bought two Gillette BW this am around 9:15 and NO ups printed. I will just call CS but they never sent my ups that didn't print last month. My store manager doesn't really like me or my "couponing" so much so I didn't say anything. I may just return them, didn't need them and was only buying them to get the UPS. baaaaa

Your store manager is great! My store manager "concluded" that I have already bought some from a 24 hours Rite Aid even though I told him that "I didn't" bought any Gillette/OS BW in this sale period.

I just sent an email to CS with my Wellness+ number and request someone checked my account in the past 2 days and let that Manager to know that I have never bought any BW elsewhere. I understand the system sometimes makes mistake, but how disappointing is that the Manager doesn't trust what his customers say. I am not a shelf clearer, for each item I only buy 1 or 2 pieces each week. I only go to that store once a week and never deal with that manager before. So, I didn't understand why he has such assumption in my case without thinking of other possibilities.

Silly none of my normal cashiers were working and it was a bad trip because of it. Silly store I got 3 surveys to fill out in the trip! Not a good idea to treat people badly as you send them off with a survey...

My normal cashiers were there and couldn't figure out the problem. There were very friendly and were trying to help. Just the store manager was in bad manner.....I'm glad that I receive a survey from this transaction too. And I use this $3 survey q to comfort myself that it at least covers the $2.99 I have paid.

It didn't print for me either. I bought the newer style of the Old Spice (the Denali and Fiji ones). My manager is wicked nice, and gave me cash for the 2 UPs that should have printed. She said it hasn't worked for anyone today in her store.

I waited the next day to do this deal cuz Friday when I went out, my friend did it and no ups printed. I figured I would give it a day and let CS fix it due to all the complaints. Long and behold Saturday evening it printed. I talked to the cashier and he told me that all day Friday they had problems and that the glitch is now fixed. For those of you wanting to do it just wait a day or two. I guess Rite Aid hasn't completely fixed the gitch. I've attached a copy of my up showing the very extended expiration date. Also I bought a mix n match of OS just incase some of you were wondering if it was certain ones. I bought the denali, fiji, matterhorn, odor, swagger, high endurance etc... HTH!

May I know if you've done any Gillette and Old Spice "unadvertised" deal early this month before? Someone pointed out that in another post. I did get the 2 x $2 unadvertised deal end of March/early April. Not sure if it is the reason that my UPs not printed.

I don't know if it has anything to do with that unadvertised deal. When I was with my friend that bought OS and gillette on friday, she did not get her ups and I do know for a fact that she DID NOT do the undadvertised deal. So it may just be a glitch. Hopefully someone can shed some light and post if they got ups while still doing the unadvertised deal.

weird about ups being so random on bw.. i went to delaware ra at 11am today & they did not print.. then went elkton md ra and they did print?? it was about 12pm..
