I also tested the waters with a brush that was $2.99 reg price and no up but this evening I went by another store on the way home and they had the Conair Fusion brush w/ 2 bonus pony tail holders on clearance 50% which made them $3.14 each, I tried one with my order of Palmolive and the $3 up printed, so I went back and got the other 6 and they all printed the $3 up. I had another brush the Conair Sherbets, the reg price was $5.99 which the ad says reg price of $5.99-$14.99 but that one did not give me an up so I'm thinking about calling CS to have it mailed.

Even though they were priced clearance they came up reg price with my 20% disc and the cashier had to modify so I thought this was a pretty good deal, brushes for $.14 each!!!!!

one of the 2.99 brushes were tagged to receive a $3 UP but it didn't print. The other one didn't print either (it wasn't tagged) so I returned it and kept the 'tagged' one. The asst store mgr was like, I'll take the $3 off of your next order 'this time' but next time you'll have to call CS because what's to say you won't call them after I give you the $3?? EXCUSE ME?

I told her that it was ok, that I would call b/c obviously there was some issue with trust and I didn't want my integrity questioned. She said "I'll do this time but I'm just saying...I don't know if you would do it or not"

I'm think DIG DEEPER! NO THANK YOU!

I'm calling tomorrow...pissed me off!
