Tried grabbing a raincheck on j&j and they would include the +up rewards, anyone else getting the same?

I ran into this last week with something so I called the corp office. According to them the store is wrong and next time insist that they call the 800-Rite-Aid while you are in the store and then they will have to issue the raincheck correctly.
