MY Rite aid in Oregon ALWAYS limits on good deals like this! This week they limited Hormel compleats, barrilla, and kraft mac and cheese to only 4 per household. Everytime we have deals that are free after +UP they limit 1 per household so ill be lucky to get a couple if i go on separate days LOL

I did a chat online with CS... this is what she said... The raincheck would read free... But understand the store has a right to limit how many on a raincheck... If your store will not write you a raincheck for free items after ups.. Call 1800RITEAID... And the CS would explain to them how to write it...

The store managers have a right to limit ... They do this because that way other people have a chance to get the deals too... My Rite Aid lets me pre order which is great... And they also let me come in and buy all that is left an hour before the store closes on Thursday... Because my Ad starts on Friday...

I would talk to your store manager and see if you could do either one of these things...

I remember now that our RA gets the truck on Monday so if they are wiped on Sunday, they will be stocked on Tuesday..... ;D

Yes, I only got the $3 IVC +UP when I bought the RA kleenex tissue, NOT on the TP.

My stores sale doesn't start until tomorrow. I bought ten packages today and returned them because they didn't print any up's. Cashier was great and very helpful.

Okay, so I just went on a recon mission to see how much TP and tissue my store had.........only 36 TP and 23 tissues, so I went to order some and my SM said, oh dont worry I have a whole wall of TP out back!! I thought to myself, well after tom that will be on my wall of TP!!!

SO, I see the tissue is on sale for .99, but the TP is usually .99, so does our discount apply?? And if so I wont be ablt to get two of the extra $3UPs at a time.

Get back 25-$1UPs and 2-$3UPs, that is 27 UPs, I dont want to risk it, even though I did get 27 one time..........Im not going to try it again!!

The extra $3 UPS were fixed by RA so they most likely won't print for you on Sunday.

If it's normal price, then the discount will not apply. Our RA kleenex tissue is normally 1.99 and on sale for $1, so no discount. However, our toilet paper is normally 1.00, so the discount DOES apply. HTH.

According to CS, it will not... For me, it printed with the kleenex and not for the TP, but I also was at the store at opening on Friday. I believe olivias.sandra also spoke with CS and they said it will not print anymore. Either way, it's still free and/or MM!

Limits are not fair in that they vary from store to store. If Rite Aid wants to impose limits they should state it in the ad and have it be across the board.

I really don't understand why on earth a manager would want to limit. Their job is to sell the most mechandise; why do they care if the customer pays with coupons or cash?

Well, let's say you are a manager and you have a couponer who clears the shelves for the sales every week. Or even a non-couponer-it doesn't matter, the fact is the shelf is clear. Then person number 2, 3, 4, 5 and so on come in asking. Some complain and others just eventually stop shopping at your store because their experience is negative. So, you're not talking about just one customer, you are talking about several. And good customer service isn't just about selling the most merchandise, it's about having it in stock. So if a manager is consistently getting negative reviews about things being out of stock, he/she can either order more or make limits.

My rite aid told me today that there is a 20 UP limit that was just communicated yesterday via corporate email to them.

You know...the problem I see is that when a good deal comes around like this and people don't get the reward for some reason, they start calling CS and then the deals get cut off.

People! If you didn't get it, DON'T call CS. Come to AFC and chat to find out what the deal is. YOu may have grabbed TP instead of the tissue the OP spoke about and when you start poking around, you KILL the deal.

Free TP is beyond great...but MM's are even sweeter so why ruin it?

So......my RA experience today did not go as planned. If you recall I went yesterday to RA and bought 10 TP, when I didn't get my UP I returned them, which was no issue. The nice lady even said, "see you tomorrow", I chuckled and said yes you will. When I returned today they had a limit posted on the shelf. Needless to say, I wasn't very happy, but I dealt with it.

My town has two Rite Aids, so I went across town to the other one, less than 2 miles away, same issue, they posted a sign as well. So I got my two there and drove 7 miles to the next RA and as I suspected, No limits! So I loaded up there.

Now, most interestingly, at the RA with the limit, I bought the final package they had in stock and so I asked for a raincheck, to which she says, how many would you like, so I replied, as many as you will give me, so she says, five? I say ten? She says, yeah no problem! Really? I can only buy two today but I can raincheck a couple hundred? That just made no sense to me!

No extra coupons (MM's) on TP for me today...but it was still FREE, yeahhhhh!

It was awesome to see so many couponers out and about and so friendly...(even witnessed a shelf clearer which was ugh, but I was first in and out and was able to get my list) It felt like Black Friday...

No extra UP for the TP at all
