I did the Special K, Pilot pen, and foamie deals today, but my 20% didnt come off. I've had gold status for a little while now, so it suprised me, but then on the receipt it said that the system is updating from the new year. It's Jan 8 - I havent seen any of you comment on this (I could be blind ) and briefly mentioned it to the cashier. I'm thinking the best way to handle it is to call 1800riteaid, b/c I didnt want the hassle of deailng with refunds and reringing it. And besides, it wasnt even registering my gold status. Have any of you had this problem this week and how did you resolve it?

This message has been on my reciepts since the new year started..........but, my discount has worked everytime, are you sure they put in your phone # right, or did you use your card? I would call CS, they will fix it.

I haven't been to RA yet this year, but I read on one of the blogs that there may be problems through 1/11 (I think?). And that if you call the 800 number they'll issue a refund in the form of an Up+.

Anyone else confirm reading this somewhere?

I had the same problem and called CS they are sending me the $10 in UPs+ and they said it should be fixed by January 10th

I got ALL my UPs, it was just the items that rang up full price should have been 20% off such as the foamies, the pens, and the Special K. It will only add up to a few dollars, but hey, a few dollars is a few dollars! I just did these today, so plan on calling on Monday. I'll try to update after I call.

I got my extra bucks also but if I would have gotten my 20% off my total would have been $10 cheaper so they said they would send me the refund of $10 in UPs+.
