Does any one know if Rite Aid has a company policy of not accepting internet printed coupons? I tried to use the Scott coupon and they said it was company policy not to accept printed coupons.

I would like to know also.

I just printed that coupon this morning.

Did you go to one of the former Eckerd stores? I had the same problem, and the lady said it was Eckerds policy not to accpet them, but that Rite-Aiid had not told them what the policy was yet, and until she heard different they couldn't accept them.

Oh well...at least I found some Iams Dog food on clearance...got an 8 lb bag for $2

I just emailed Rite Aid to see what their internet coupon policy it.

My Eckerd/Rite-Aid wouldn't take mine either

I called they said that The former Eckerd stores will not accept IP coupons. But that Rite Aid store will. They also told me that it will be about 18 months before Eckerd is changed completely to Rite Aid so it could take that long to be able to use IP coupons. Hope this helps. If I were you head to Wal-Mart w/ your Rite Aid AD b/c wal-mart honors Competitor Prices. I went today and got 9 pks at Wal-mart for $1.99 price and got to use 9 $2 off coupons. I was stoked!

I went Sunday to get Scott TP $1.99 and had 2 $2 off internet coupons from Scott. The cashier tried to scan them but it wouldn't go through, so he manually entered the coupon #'s and both went through.

I had 2 each $2 coupons and 1 each of the $1 coupons for the Scott TP. Yesterday the cashier took the same thing no problem.
Today a different cashier called the manager, First thing he said was: did you photo copy them I said NO i printed them from the Scott Brand Website, He said I couldnt use them I said why? He said he was loosing money off the coupons I said how can you loose money when Scott is going to give you $2 not 1.99 and also gives you 8 cents for handling?
That makes you 9 cents richer.
Well he finally took them saying "Ill take them this time" I said do you have a printed copy of rite aids coupon policy, he said there isnt a policy, I said Well corporate has a policy perhaps before i return tomorrow you should have them fax a copy or I could just bring you the email I got .
He was groaning by then and just said -2, -2, -2
I said oh you made a mistake one of those coupons was for just $1. He GROANED real load and said forget it, You got a better deal than you thought you were going to get.

I said oh ok, Ill see you tomorrow I have campbell soup coupons and will be back,

He GROANED again , I said I could bring you a coupon for some Mylanta to take care of your growling stomach tomorrow
He laughed then and said no I can get some for free, I said so can I, after all I do have a coupon.
