yes, thanks for the post. It makes me want a RiteAid.... everyone keeps saying all my Eckerds are going bye-bye and RiteAids will be taking over. I have yet to see any sign of that happening... they are taking too long.

Free After Rebate

There are some coupons out therefor these, making them an even better deal. I will have to be sure to get there early on Sunday. Our Rite Aid doesn't seem to have any of the free items if you wait until Monday.

Where exactly online or in print edition of RA SCR catalog are you seeing this as a "$4" rebate (as opposed to $2)?

Is it something just in next week's print ad & with no corresponding reference in the rebate book?

I'm seeing the same thing posted all over different sites but without explanation.

I got the weekly flyer in today's mail ... it has the speed stick and ladies speed stick (bonus back / special value 2-pack) on sale for $4.00. It says $2.00 SCR, and "Bonus Single Check Rebate" of another $2.00. So, free.

I don't really remember them ever having "bonus SCR" offers ... at least, not recently.

I do recall many occasions when they had a month long SCR # plus a separate Bonus SCR # that was good only for 1 week (or possibly less on some of them). None that I recall very recently.

The bonus/add'l rebate though WAS always listed in the SCR catalog as a separate offer #. This month the SCR catalog has nothing like that anywhere.

Technical problem is the language in the SCR controls, & not the weekly ad language b/c there's usually a note saying see catalog for details etc.

We'll likely do this one minus a $1/1 & on a separate receipt. If we don't get the $4 rebate online, we'll return it.

Hey well I am spending the check already...LOL (got my eye on a CD player for the DD)
I spent $38.86 and am getting back just on this weeks rebates....$35.34 I am in heaven...wooohooo biggest rebate yet ..in one week that is.
the speed stick took me over the top..it was not marked on the shelf and I thought well I can bring it back, not a chance it was free and so were alot of other stuff..
