Tonite I tried to use the $5/25 and $5 Move Free video coupon along with 2 manufacturer coupons when I purchased 2 Move Free for my father in law. I was rudely told by the shift supervisor that I was trying to commit coupon fraud. She said you can't use the $5/25 and the video coupon because they are both Rite Aid coupons. She then said that I could not use 2 manufacturer coupons on a BOGO (which I've done before at that store). I've heard of others having problems using 2 MQ's but has anyone else had a problem using the video coupons and the $5/25?

I did it several months ago with no problem. And as far as not being able to use 2 MQ's on a B1G1 free...I just did this twice today and had no issues.

Definitely YMMV. RiteAid coupon policy states you can use 2 coupons on a BOGO offers, but I was not able to use them a couple months ago. I did just yesterday use 2 manu q for Natures Bounty, 2 RA VV q for the Natures Bounty plus a 5/25 coupon. No problems from the cashier.

You can use the 5/25 & video value savings coupons together. Also, you can use 2 coupons with a BOGO sale as long as the total price of the bogo products in not below 0 after coupons. It says so in their coupon policy. If you have problems with using certain coupon combinations go to the www.riteaid.com website and email the customer service reps a comment telling them what happened. They're currently trying to work out several coupon redemption issues that have been going on. I usually get one lady and she's really informative and nice to me when I ask questions.

I tried another Rite Aid today and was told that I couldn't use 2 MQ's on a BOGO but I showed her the policy so she took them and said they keep changing the policy. At least she was nice unlike the employee the day before. She did take the $5/$25 but said I could not use the video coupon since they were both RA coupons. This doesn't make sense since that means you could never use the $5/$25 if you were using any of the RA coupons in the weekly flier. She was really nice so I didn't push it. I did call corporate when I got home and he said both stores were wrong and will be having the district manager call me.
