Riteaid Still problems with my receipts......

I went into my acct this morning to see if everything had been fixed, well one of my receipts is showing as I did not purchase the "Qualifying products"

On this receipt I purchased 2 pks of the Huggies Pure & Natural 20 ct diapers, this is the first one mentioned under rebate #800, I was so ready to submit for my rebate, but I would rather make sure they have everything correct and I get what is owed me, so I will be on the phone, yet once again with customer service

Same thing with me! My receipt from the end of last week "disappeared" over the weekend. It reappeared last night and now this morning my FAR items are showing on my rebate list, but my Huggies promo says I didn't purchase enough qualifying items. I already had 3 Huggies counted before entering the last receipt last week and there were 2 Huggies on that receipt from 10/22. Maybe there is just a glitch in their system? I'm giving it another day or two before I call.....

It looks like they have made yet another change to the system, when you enter your receipts you are automatically credited for your rebate, no more waiting 2-5 days for it to clear.

I did call them about my receipt from last week not giving me credit for the 2 pks of diapers I bought, that was fixed while I was on the phone so I feft confident going ahead and adding the new receipt for the current rebate period, it gave me credit for everything but the $3 Huggie rebate, offer #3, it did show that I had bought the 5 pks and gave me the Free Huggies voucher.

My SCR Issues were fixed last night, I think, maybe...

I had a receipt that disappeared, reappeared, and disappeared again without crediting me for around $20 of SCR items. My receipt was from 12 OCT. This was holding up me submitting my October request for the other $100 of SCR's that I had so I was becoming quite anxious about it. I sent two emails and finally got a reply last night.

Unfortunately the reply said that my items were not on the receipt and that I should sumbit the receipt via the mail with all of my products identified and I would hear something in 4 to 6 weeks. Maybe I would get my money back by Christmas, I thought. I dug through all of my receipts and found the one in dispute and every item on it was a free SCR rebate. I became irate over this and began the hour long process of documenting everything and composing the nastygrams to the SCR poeple and corporate. I double checked my account before i started stuffing envelopes and my rebate items all had appeared.

So I hit the submit button before anything changed.

When will Rite Aid finally realize that the whole point of promotions and rebates is to leave the shopper with a positive impression, and that poor customer service relating to promotions makes the whole exercise sort of pointless. The only thing I can compare it to is handing out smilely face balloons to kids and telling them as you are handing it to them "Now go away kid, you bother me".
