I saw that rite aid has a RA q for halls BOGO...I have the BOGO Man q so they are free...
it says on the RA Q good on one single bag up to 2.49...
can i use more than one of these q's per transaction or do i have to do
several transactions??

the halls coupon in this weeks flyer is actually a regular manuf. coupon so you can't combine the two coupons. the coupon barcode has to start with a RC to combine with another coupon.

Limit one coupon per purchase specified. My mom was able to use 2 at her local store but was told at another RA that it was only one per person. So I guess it would depend on your store if they allow you to use more than one in ad q in a transaction.

Its a Rite Aid coupon even if it says manufacturer coupon. So yes, you can combine it with another manufacturer coupon.
